- The following quotas will be observed for regional/provincial, gender, and disability:
- Islamabad: 50%
- FATA: 2%
- Punjab, Sindh, KP, and Balochistan: 12% each
- Women: 10%
- Disabled persons: 2%

- For the position of Data Entry Operator (DEO), 25% of the vacancies will be filled through a test conducted by the same agency as the initial recruitment from members of the establishment of the Civil & Sessions Courts ICT, Islamabad-West, who have the minimum qualification for initial recruitment without considering age limit. If required members of candidates do not qualify, the posts shall be filled on merit as prescribed.
- Five (5) years of general age relaxation and other age relaxation, if any, will be admissible as per the prescribed rules of the Government of Pakistan.
- The last date for submitting the application form will be 15 days from the publication date. The test date will be conveyed to eligible candidates by ITS. No TA/DA will be admissible for tests/interviews. Only eligible and shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview. Government servants shall apply through the proper channel. The salary will be paid as per the pay scale admissible under the rules.
- For the posts under the women quota, there shall be no carry forward. The number of posts for each cadre may increase or decrease, and the authority may leave any post unfilled for valid reasons.
- The criteria for the written test/interview for the posts from BPS-5 and above will be the same as prescribed in the Islamabad Capital Territory Civil & Sessions Courts Ministerial Establishment Service Rules, 2011.
