TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Appointments on all posts will be made under Civil Servant Act, 1973 (As amended from time to time) and rules made thereunder.
- These posts are transferable all over Pakistan.
- Applications should be submitted through the career portal at careers.mlc.gov.pk.
- The last date will be considered 15 days after this ad is published in the public newspapers.
- Instructions regarding how to apply can also be downloaded from careers.mlc.gov.pk.
- Candidates already in government service should apply through the proper channels with NOC.
- Original educational certificates will be presented for verification at the time of the interview.
- All vacancies are on a regular basis and selected candidates will be appointed on a probation period of one year under the rules.
- Military Lands and Cantonments Deptt, Ministry of Defence reserves the right to postpone or cancel the process of appointment for any or all advertised posts at any stage without assigning any reasons.
- The upper age shall be calculated from the closing date of the application. Relaxation in the Upper Age limit will be allowed as admissible under the Government Rules.
- Incomplete applications, applications submitted without following proper procedure, or received without an original deposit slip or after the last date will not be entertained.
Categories of Candidates
- Candidates belonging to scheduled castes, Buddhist, communities, and recognized tribes of the Tribal Areas, Azad Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan for all posts under the Federal Government with 03 years of experience.
- Released or Retired Officer/Personnel of the Armed Forces of Pakistan. The experience of 15 years actually required to serve in the Armed Forces of Pakistan, whichever is less.
- Disable person for appointment to posts in BS-15 & below with 10 years of experience.
- Candidates Belonging to Sindh(R) and Baluchistan for posts in BS-15 and below under the Federal Government with 03 years of experience.
- Widows, sons, or daughters of a deceased civil servant, who dies during service can avail of age Relaxation admissible for 03 years.
PROCEDURE FOR APPLICATIONS
- The test fee can be deposited online in Account No. (4157485635), National Bank Cantt Board Building Branch, Mall Road Rawalpindi Cantt.
- Applications will be acceptable only on the prescribed application form available on the ML&C career portal.
- The deposit of Rs.600/- is a must for all candidates as a processing fee for each post.
- The deposited Fee is non-refundable/non-transferable.
- Incomplete applications, applications submitted without following proper procedure, or received without an original deposit slip or after the last date will not be entertained.
- The candidate can not claim any TA/DA. Male and Female both candidates are eligible to apply.
