Terms & Conditions to Apply for Punjab Health Department Job Application Form

1. Thoroughly read the process to Apply on the Advertisement & also with the Application Form.
2. The above positions are being offered on a Contract basis, extendable (subject to the satisfaction of the Government of Punjab.
3. Age relaxation will be applicable as per government policy.
4. Submission of fake documents or concealment of any fact will lead to disqualification during service.
5. Only degrees issued by HEC-recognized universities or reputed foreign institutions will be accepted. The degree program must be HEC recognized on or before the closing date of the advertisement.
6. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. The date and time of the interview will be communicated by the concerned department.
7. Candidates must bring complete original documents along with a set of attested photocopies to the interview. All degrees must be attested by HEC; otherwise, the candidate will not be eligible.
8. The department reserves the right to reject any or all applications or cancel the entire process without giving any reasons.
9. The final terms and conditions of the appointment will be settled on the actual date of the appointment.
10. The department’s decisions on all matters concerning recruitment, including eligibility/shortlisting criteria, will be final.
11. An individual candidate is eligible to apply for up to ten (10) stations for any category of their choice.
12. If a candidate wishes to apply for more than one category, they must submit a separate application for each category.
13. Candidates must apply online by visiting the National Testing Service (NTS) website (www.nts.org.pk).
14. Candidates must submit a duly filled online application form along with a deposit slip of the test fee, CNIC, two recent passport-sized photographs, and all relevant documents (educational certificates, etc.) to NTS via courier at the address mentioned on the application form.
15. The test fee must be paid through 1 Link 1 Bil Participating Banks/ATM/Internet Banking Mobile using 20 digits invoice numbers generated in your fee slip. Only 1 bill invoice payment will be entertained.
16. Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date or closing of office hours will not be entertained.
17. Completed applications must reach NTS by 20.05.2023.
18. The date of the written test will be communicated to eligible/shortlisted candidates only. Candidates should check the NTS website for updates.
19. Roll No. slips will be uploaded on the NTS website before the test.
20. Candidates must score at least 50% marks in the NTS test to pass. However, shortlisting criteria will be determined by the department.
21. The advertisement can also be downloaded from the website of the Project Management Unit.
22. Please note that human typing errors are possible, and errors and omissions are excepted.
